Holistically Yew is a calm, integrative space grounded in the belief that healing is not about fixing what is broken, but remembering what is whole.

Founded by Alexandra Camille Barnette, PharmD, BCPS, Holistically Yew brings together clinical expertise and contemplative practices to support the whole person — body, mind, and spirit. Alexandra is a board-certified pharmacotherapy specialist with training in integrative wellness, yoga, and Reiki, offering a thoughtful, person-centered approach to care.

The Soft Phoenix Session
This is integrative 1:1 support. private, integrative session designed to support reflection, regulation, and gentle realignment during periods of transition, healing, or recalibration. This session blends clinical insight, contemplative dialogue, and grounding practices to help you reconnect with your internal compass — without pressure to perform, explain, or “fix” anything.

Gentle somatic + energic support. A body-based session focused on nervous-system settling, physical awareness, and embodied presence. Drawing from gentle movement, breath, and energy-based practices, Body ReAnchoring supports the body as a place of safety and information — not something to override or push through.
